What are the payment options available?
Currently we use Xendit as the MurzPassport's payment gateway for every transactions, and currently we are enabling most of the convenient payment methods for MurzFam such as credit/ online debit card, bank transfers, virtual accounts, eWallets, and even QRIS.
How do the subscriptions work?
We are currently only enabling a monthly subscription, and renew automatically on the billing date according to your chosen subscription plan to ensure your convenience on enjoying your privilege as a MurzPassport holder.
What is a billing date, and when it start?
The billing date is the day your subscription payment is processed. It starts on the day you activate your subscription and repeats on the same date each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Let's say you subscribe to the Annual plan at today's date, which is May 9, 2025, and pay for the first time. Then, you will enjoy the benefits until the next payment which will be at May 9, 2026, and so on.
Same process goes to the Monthly plan, but yeah, on a monthly basis (next billing will be at June 9, 2025).

Can I cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your MurzPassport subscription (and losing your MurzFam privilege), well yes you can. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your profile settings.
You can still enjoy the benefits until the next billing date. After that, your subscription will end, and you won’t be charged again.
