What are the payment options available?
Currently we use Xendit as the MurzPassport's payment gateway for every transactions, and currently we are enabling most of the convenient payment methods for MurzFam such as credit/ online debit card, bank transfers, virtual accounts, eWallets, and even QRIS.
How do the subscriptions work?
We are currently only enabling a one-time payment for the certain active period, and we'll remind you for the expiration date. You can renew your MurzPassport membership by yourself.
What is a billing date, and when it start?
The billing date is the day your payment is processed. It starts on the day you activate your membership.
Let's say you subscribe to the Monthly plan at today's date, which is June 24, 2025, and pay for the first time. Then, you will enjoy the benefits until the period ends which will be at July 24, 2025.
